9th week...

referring to previous week problems, I have printed the new circuit and soldering it also. The board working properly as I wish but it have some inconsistency of the basic function of the circuit. after done several test, I have altering on board like adding the capacitor at the reset button and changed the cristal capacitor value from 22nF to 10 pF.  below is the new board with the voltage regulator circuit.

8th week..

Board with component
this week I have done the soldering for the main board and the receiver board. after completing the soldering process, the circuit tested and I had founded some error at this board. the problem occur because of when transferring the PCB design from Proteus to Diptrace software manually, I have overlooked about some of connection. so the new design have been created and printed.

7th week...

From the last week, the main board currently done and component will be soldered to the board. The LED will be attached to the connector to ensure it will long enough to mount on the top of the model. In the process of preparing the board, it give some trouble to me because the first circuit not bold enough and the strip cut.

After repairing the trace, the board etching again and it produced useable board without cutting the connection. Component soldering will be done at next week with report updating also.
